I spent 32 years of service to our local
community as a Virginia Probation Officer. I was also a teacher and a coach at
James Wood High School and a long time high-school basketball official. I was a board member of Big Brothers/Big
Sisters and was recently appointed by Gov. McAuliffe and Gov. Northam to the
Virginia Board of Corrections.
I am resident of Frederick County and a graduate of Handley
High School and University of Virginia. My Grandfather, Allen Bond and his
father were very early settlers and orchardists on Apple Pie Ridge where I have
lived in our family home for over 60 years, and where Katie and I raised 2 kids
and a lot of dogs.
I have been involved in many aspects or Real Estate over the
past 25 years and bring a different background than the typical Real Estate
Agent. For the past 15 years my wife Katie and I have built, furnished and
managed our own rental beach homes on North Carolina’s and Outer Banks. I can
help you with a purchase or sale of an OBX beach house – making family memories
and get rental income too.
