Prior to earning my Real
Estate License, I bought and sold several homes as real estate investments and
as principle residences. I found this experience as a real estate principle
more valuable than any training, I’ve taken. A good portion of our incomes was thru real
estate investments for over two decades.

Estate Licensed. (Placed in referral status while employed by Pulte Homes)
- 1992-1993, Worked for
Pulte Homes New Homes Division in Leesburg,Va.

Achieved Sales Manager promotion within the first six weeks of employment.
- 1993, First practiced as
an independent contractor with “The Raymond Group” in Hamilton.
(The oldest Independent Real
Estate firm in Loudoun at the time.)
- 1996, The Raymond Group
became Prudential Carruthers. I have been
in same office since 1992.
- 1995, Achieved National Historic
Homes Certification from National Trust for Historic Preservation.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
I have 3 grown children, all
college graduates, and 2 grandchildren. All of my children own their own homes
close by. As a REALTOR® I was on a mission to see that my children all became
homeowners as soon as they were financially able. I believe in real estate as
the key to earning equity for whatever your dreams may be.
