Kim Walker

Meet Kim Walker, a knowledgeable and dynamic realtor who specializes in strong client relationships. Kim has been a realtor for over 10 years and loves every minute of it. One of her favorite things about being a realtor is that it allows her to work with so many different people. Experiencing these differing viewpoints has helped her better understand what her clients want, especially first-time homeowners. It has also allowed her to collect in-depth knowledge of the real estate market that she uses to benefit her clients. Kim's years of experience have helped her hone what she considers to be a Realtor’s most important skill: multi-tasking. “There's always a lot of information floating around,” says Kim. “You have to keep an eye on everything, keep things under control in order to help your clients.” Kim believes that getting all of the necessary information and making sure the clients get it in a timely manner is one of the hardest parts of the job; but it's one that she's more than capable of handling. Kim is always on the go as a Realtor - always hustling, making sure that she is helping her clients as much as she can. She feels great pride in her work when she looks back on all the people she has helped buy their dream home or their first home. She especially loves when former clients send her pictures of the various projects they have done on their new homes. Aside from Real Estate, Kim and her husband are very active and enjoy playing golf and tennis together, as well as going skiing in the winter. When she's not hitting the slopes, the court, or the green, she likes to play bridge and watch professional golf and tennis. She especially loves watching the Masters. Kim loves dogs and although she doesn’t currently have one, she has had five over the course of her life, each of which she loved dearly. Her favorite meal is a simple but delicious fresh garden salad with a bowl of clam chowder soup.
